All employees must pass a 90 day probationary period, after which they become eligible for benefits. Benefits include health insurance, vacation and sick time, holidays and other benefits specific to particular positions such as vehicle and cell phone allowance. Applicants must pass criminal background checks and drug and alcohol screening.
